Water source will be from either of our bores located at 9 Blake St. Surfdale or 87B Ostend Road which are both classified as Class 2 as rated by the ADHB. 

Please indicate if you have a preference and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Deliveries past Orapiu Area fuel surcharge - from Pie Melon Bay eastward will incur a $75.00 delivery fee at time of booking.  If this is not added at time of booking, you will be billed manually and this may delay delivery.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please email waiwater@xtra.co.nz to cancel your order 

Cancellations within 48 hours of delivery will incur a $75.00 cancellation fee. If outside this timeframe, a refund less bank fees, or a credit note will be processed. Please email waiwater@xtra.co.nz to cancel your booking.
